Rainwater Harvesting
We have our own water harvesting system that supplies an internal well which also recharges the groundwater level and in turn, helps other nearby local wells.
We use the well water for floor and restroom sanitation, including flush tanks, thereby reducing our dependence on public utility water.
Green Packaging
We use paper and recyclable packing for the vast majority of our products.
Our serving bowls and plates for our Hot Bakes etc are made from paper and is 100% Biodegradable. We are committed to reducing single use plastic.
Carbon Footprint Reduction
On site Solar Power Plant
We have an on-site Solar power plant with 20 KW capacity that reduces our power demands and helps in stabilizing the local grid while offsetting our carbon footprint by approximately 20 Tons of Carbon.
Natural Heat Reducing Systems
We use natural heat reducing technologies such as Roof Top Turbine Vents and White Roofing to bring down the ambient temperature of the building.
Our outdoor seating has an internal misting systemto provide a very low carbon emission solution tocool down our seating area during the summer.
LPG Fired Ovens
Our Bakery uses non-pollutinggas fired ovens.
